Call Before You Dig

On June 14, 2012, The Ontario Legislature passed Bill 8, the Ontario Underground Infrastructure Notification System Act. This Act enabled any excavator to call one number to receive all required underground locates at no extra cost.
 

On January 14, 2103, Collus PowerStream, Collingwood Public Utilities and the Town of Collingwood became members of Ontario One Call (ON1CALL), Call Before You Dig.
